Abstract
Dok je informatizacija od svojih početaka bila limitirana na obavljanje zadataka rutinskog karaktera te baziranih na jasno definiranim pravilima, algoritmi koji su bili namijenjeni obrađivanju velikih količina podataka dopuštaju konverziju ljudskog rada u velikoj lepezi nerutinskih kognitivnih zadaća. Također, razvijeni roboti posjeduju sve značajniju tehnologiju senzornih mogućnosti i „okretnosti“, što im dopušta izvršavanje opširnije veličine ručnih radnih zadaća. Upravo takav razvoj tehnologije donijet će promjene i inovirati prirodu rada na području industrijskih zanimanja. Evolucija automatizacije i robotizacije preinačuje mogućnosti na koji izvršavamo radne zadaće i to na način da obogaćuje oblik življenja ljudi. Automatizacija i robotizacija uvećavaju produktivnost i dopuštaju poduzećima, ali i državama, da ostanu ili da ostvare konkurentnost. Razvojem navedenih tehnologija pridonosi se kreiranju modernih poslovnih modela koncentriranih na stvaranje novih dobara i usluga te potpomaže poduzećima u porastu učinkovitosti i fleksibilnosti uslijed pružanja tih dobara i usluga. Svjetsko stanovništvo nalazi se na potpuno novom revolucionarnom pokretu u kojoj će revolucionarne tehnologije kao što su robotika, umjetna inteligencija, internet stvari i sl. dopustiti napredne implementacije tehnologije kao što su društveni roboti, samostalna vozila bez vozača, 3D ispis i sl.
Abstract (english)
While computerization from its beginnings was limited to the performance of routine tasks based on clearly defined rules, algorithms that were intended to process large amounts of data allow the conversion of human work in a wide variety of non-routine cognitive tasks. In addition, developed robots possess increasingly significant sensory capabilities and "maneuverability" technology, allowing them to perform a wider range of manual tasks. This development of technology will certainly innovate the nature of work in industry and industrial occupations. The evolution of automation and robotization is changing the way we perform work tasks and, to an increasingly rich extent, the way we live. Automation and robotization increase productivity and allow companies, as well as countries, to remain or achieve competitiveness. The development of the aforementioned technologies contributes to the creation of new business models focused on the provision of new goods and services and helps companies increase efficiency and flexibility as a result of the provision of these goods and services. The world population is on a brand new revolutionary movement where revolutionary technologies such as robotics, artificial intelligence, internet of things, etc. will allow advanced technology implementations such as social robots, autonomous driverless vehicles, 3D printing, etc.
