Abstract Cilj ovoga diplomskog rada pod temom poduzetništvo i pedagogija prije svega bio je pronaći poveznicu između ova dva pojma te utvrditi važnost njihove provedbe u srednjim ekonomskim školama u Republici Hrvatskoj, te koja je uloga njihova zajedničkoga djelovanja u poboljšanju buduće slike ovoga društva. Anketni upitnik je metoda koja je provedena kroz rad. Anketno ispitivanje provedeno je na učenicima trećih i četvrtih razreda Elektrotehničke i ekonomske škole, komercijalnog smjera u Novoj Gradiški Naziv prve ankete je „ Utjecaj škole na razvoj kreativnosti i inovativnosti mladih budućih poduzetnika“ naziv druge je „Dali mladi ljudi imaju pozitivan stav o poduzetništvu i pokretanju vlastitog posla?“ Odgovorima na postavljena pitanja utvrđene su sljedeće točke; učenici su upućeni u pojam poduzetništva i prije samoga upisa u gore navedenu školu, učenici su zainteresirani za provedbu nastavnog predmeta poduzetništvo i strukovne vježbe, smatraju da im predmet poduzetništva može pomoći u izgradnji vlastite i bolje budućnosti, većina njih žele znati više o samom pojmu, te su kod većine primijećene poduzetničke kompetencije. Školstvo je sastavni dio odrastanja svakoga djeteta te ono ima veliku ulogu u stvaranju njihove osobnosti. Povezivanjem odgoja za poduzetništvo u obavezni nastavni plan i program srednjoškolaca, mladima se od rane dobi, gdje oni samostalno biraju svoj put, mogu usaditi jedne od osnovnih kompetencija za samo razvoj, a to su; vjera u sebe, postavljanje jasnih ciljeva, preuzimanje rizika, hrabro se uhvatiti u koštac sa nadolazećim problemima, kreativnost, inovativnost i motivacija. Pravilnim izborom nastavnika za odgoj poduzetništvu i njihovim daljnjim usavršavanjem, školstvo omogućuje mladim ljudima pravo i potrebno znanje koje će im koristiti na tržištu rada.
Abstract (english) The aim of this thesis under the topic of entrepreneurship and pedagogy was primarily to find a link between these two concepts and determine the importance of their implementation in secondary economic schools in the Republic of Croatia, and what is the role of their joint action in improving the future image of this society. A survey questionnaire is a method that is conducted through work. The survey was conducted on third and fourth grade students of the School of Electrical Engineering and Economics, commercial course in Nova Gradiška. The title of the first survey is "The impact of school on the development of creativity and innovation of young future entrepreneurs" the title of the second is "Do young people have a positive attitude about entrepreneurship and starting their own business?" The answers to the questions identified are the following points; students are introduced to the concept of entrepreneurship and before enrolling in the above school, students are interested in implementing the subject of entrepreneurship and vocational exercises, believe that the subject of entrepreneurship can help them build their own and better future, most of them want to know more about the concept, and entrepreneurial competencies were observed in most. Education is an integral part of every child's growth and it plays a major role in creating their personality. By linking entrepreneurship education into the compulsory curriculum of high school students, young people from an early age, where they choose their own path, can be instilled with one of the basic competencies for development itself, and these are; self-belief, setting clear goals, taking risks, bravely tackling upcoming problems, creativity, innovation and motivation. With the right choice of teachers for entrepreneurship education and their further training, education provides young people with the right and necessary knowledge that will benefit them in the labor market.
