Legal requirements and circumstances in the Republic of Croatia assume that the development of the socio-emotional well-being should be enabled to children as one of tasks. Social well-beings imply ability to reach the personal goals within the environment. At the same time they should reflect positive relationships. Children should develop pro-social behavior, establishing and maintaining the relationships as well as to show the ability in making decisions. Collecting data for the purpose of the thesis the research was conducted at two kindergartens: Bajka Strizivojna and Vrtuljak from Nuštar. The research included 64 survey respondent who were parents of the children from the kindergartens. The subject of the research was parents’ attitude towards early and preschool education and education of children. The purpose of the research was to present benefits when children are integrated in the system of early and preschool education in order to better understand RPOO system. The main goal of the thesis is to determine socio-emotional well-beings of children integrated in the preschool education and upbringing. The research has theoretical and empirical character. Following research methods were used: method of theoretical analysis and synthesis, survey method, descriptive method, generalization method, statistical method and survey. Survey questionnaire created especially for this thesis was used as the instrument for the research. The questionnaires were handed in to the preschool teachers and further to the parents of the children. Results received through the questionnaires confirm the well-beings of integration of children in the RPOO system. Improvement of socio-emotional well-beings of integrated children in the RPOO system is the main contribution and significance of the research and its effects on the implementation in the Republic of Croatia
