Abstract
Rad opisuje primjenu odljevaka u automobilskoj industriji te njihovu tehnologiju lijevanja. Raznolikost tehnologije lijevanja i materijala pružaju veliki spektar mogućnosti u automobilskoj industriji. Prikazane su tehnologije lijevanja bloka motora, postupci izrade kalupa te legure prikladne za izradu motora. Pojašnjen je proces izrade modela i odabir pijeska samog kalupa, lijevanje metala te skrućivanje metala. Na kraju dan je pregled završnog bloka motora za Formulu 1.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes an example of casting in the automotive industry that their treatment technology. The variety of treatment technologies and materials provides great spectrum opportunities in the automotive industry. Engine block treatment technologies, mold making processes and alloys suitable for engine making are presented. The process of model making and selection of sand of the mold, metal casting and metal solidification is explained. At the end, an overview of the final engine block for Formula 1 is given.
