Abstract
U ovom radu analiziraju se institucije, tijela i agencije Europske unije, njihov nastanak, funkcije i uloge. Naglasak se stavlja na pripravnički staž i mobilnost koju omogućuju institucije, tijela i agencije Europske unije, ali još su nedovoljno iskorištene gledajući na trendove među hrvatskim studentima. U teorijskom dijelu radu analiziraju se pojmovi kao što su Europska unija, Europski parlament, Europska komisija, Vijeće Europske unije, Europsko vijeće, Sud Europske unije i Europska središnja banka, programi pripravništva koje se nude te koji su postupci odabira kandidata za pripravništvo u pojedinim institucijama, tijelima i agencijama Europske unije. Istraživački dio rada odnosi se na analizu, odnosno informiranost i stavove ispitanika o načinu rada, funkcijama te pripravništvu u institucijama, tijelima i agencijama Europske unije. Rezultat istraživanja predstavlja dobivene rezultate ispitanika i njihov odnos prema pripravništvu u institucijama, tijelima i agencijama Europske unije.
Abstract (english)
This paper analyzes the institutions, bodies and agencies of the European Union, their origins and functions. The emphasis is on traineeships and mobility provided by the EU institutions, bodies, and agencies, which are regarding the trends among Croatian students. The theoretical part of the paper analyzes terms such as the European Union, the European Parliament, the European Commission, the Council of the European Union, the European Council, the Court of Justice of the European Union and the European Central Bank, traineeship programs offered and selection procedures of candidates for traineeships in certain EU institutions, bodies and agencies. The research part of the paper refers to the analysis, i.e. awareness and attitudes of respondents about the way of working, functions and traineeship in the institutions, bodies and agencies of the EU. The research result refers to the results obtained from the respondents and their attitude towards traineeship in the EU institutions, bodies and agencies.
