In the upbringing and education of children, parents and educators are the two most important links, whose obligation is to properly communicate with children. Although the family environment and the child's communication with parents are key for a child, we must not neglect the importance od preschool education, where through play and various activities children learn everything they need to know at that age. Positive communication between educators and parents is important for a child's well-being, and it implies a relationship full of respect and understanding. If a child develops and perfects social skills from an early age, it is easier for him to establish relationships with others and cope with everyday demands more easily. The educator's approach is crucial for successful upbringing and education, but also for cooperation with parents. Partnership with parents is aimed at child's well-being, but it requires mutual respect, great trust, tolerance and openness to cooperation. Readiness for development, improvement and high-quality applicatio of competences is what is expected of every educators.
