Abstract
Slavonski Brod turistička je destinacija s brojnim sadržajima koji su temelj za razvoj selektivnih oblika turizma, uključujući i tzv. turizam događanja. Kad je riječ o ovom obliku turizma, jedna od manifestacija koja je polaznica za razvoj istog je i „Brodsko kolo“, smotra prvi puta održana 1963. U radu su analizirani marketing elementi smotre. Na osnovi rezultata provedenih istraživanja se spoznalo da je „Brodsko kolo“ od značaja za turistički razvoj grada, a da će bolje pozicioniranje ove manifestacije na turističkim tržištima ovisit ne samo o ne samo o kvaliteti marketing programa koji utvrđuje Folklorni ansambl Broda u svojstvu organizatora smotre, već i o financijskoj, ali i institucionalnoj podršci s lokalne, regionalne i državne razine.
Abstract (english)
Slavonski Brod is a tourist destination with numerous facilities that are the starting point for developing selective forms of tourism, including the so-called event tourism. When talking about the event tourism, one of the events that is the basis for its development is certainly „Brodsko kolo“, the folklore review first held in 1963. The paper gives the analysis of the marketing elements of this review. Starting on the results of the research that had been conducted, it was found out that "Brodsko kolo" is important for development of the tourism in the city of Slavonski Brod, and that the better positioning of this manifestation on the tourist markets will depend not only on the quality of the marketing program established by the Folklore Ensemble of Brod as the organizer of the review, but also about financial and institutional support from the local, regional and national level.
