The topic of this graduationa thesis is " Organization of work in City of Otok Local Development Agency ". The first part will describe the history of its foundation, activities, mission and goals, key activities, internal organization, and bodies and scope of work. Then it will be written about the organization of the company, and after that about the organization of work in Otok's development agency. After that, it will be written about the projects that the City of Otok has successfully implemented with the help of Otok's development agency, with special emphasis on those that, through their implementation, made a great contribution to the development of the local community. Also, it will be written about projects that are currently in the preparation phase. Throughout the paper, including in the Conclusion, emphasis will be placed on the importance of the organization of work in the company, so that the company itself and its team are successful in their work, achieve the set goals and contribute to both personal and business development.
