Abstract
Tema ovog rada su lokacijske strategije. Cilj ovog rada je objasniti lokacijske strategije te pokazati razliku između lokacije gdje su smještena proizvodna, a gdje uslužna poduzeća. U uvodnom dijelu ovoga rada govori se o lokacijskom strategijama te kakve se lokacijske strategije postoje i koji su čimbenici koji utječu na njih. U središnjem dijelu rada govorimo o metodama biranja lokacije, o mogućim zonama gdje se poduzeća mogu smjestiti te o inozemnim ulaganjima koja poduzeća mogu iskoristiti s odabirom određene lokacije. Također govori u lokacijskim čimbenicima u Hrvatskoj te na koji način poduzeća u Hrvatskoj biraju lokaciju. Nastavlja se usporedba lokacije uslužnih i lokacije proizvodnih poduzeća
Abstract (english)
Topic of this paper is location strategies. The goal of this paper was to explain location strategies and show the differences between the locations of manufacturing and the locations of service business. First part of the papre explains what location strategies are and what factors are considered while choosing them. Next is explaining the methods of choosing location strategies and what zones can they place themselves in. Furthermore the are explainations of investments that the business can get. There are also factors that show what business in Croatia are looking for when choosing a location. The final part shows differences between manufacturing and services business.
