Abstract
Rad obuhvaća temeljne skupine trgovačkih društava, njihovo poslovanje i sve ostale bitne radnje koje treba ispuniti kako bi se formiralo određeno društvo. Bez obzira što nema puno vrsta trgovačkih društava, svako društvo je kompleksno samo za sebe. Kroz rad će se podrobnije opisati svako trgovačko društvo, od osnivanja do prestanka njihovog postojanja. Govoriti će se o odnosima među članovima, samom poslovanju unutar društava kao i o temeljnom kapitalu. Pri samome kraju rada, biti će istaknuta i gospodarska udruženja.
Abstract (english)
The paper encompasses the basic groups of companies, their operations and all other essential actions that need to be completed in order to form a certain company. Regardless of the fact that there are not many types of companies, each company is complex in itself. Each trading company will be described in more detail throughout the paper, from their establishment to the end of their existence. It will be spoken about the relations between members, the business itself within the companies as well as the share capital. At the very end of the work, economic associations will also be highlighted.
