Abstract
Računovodstvena regulativa u Republici zasnovana je na samom Zakonu o računovodstvu. Bavi se ključnim stvarima o kojim svaki poduzetnik mora voditi brigu i koje su osnova za vođenje samog poduzeća. Proizlazi iz mnogih regulativa i politika kojima se može voditi. Sama regulativa zasnovana je prema odlukama europskog parlamenta te sadržava mnoge članke koji pojašnjavaju sve zadaće što se tiče računovodstvenog dijela u kompaniji. Osnovni financijski izvještaji kao pokazatelji uspješnosti i likvidnosti poduzeća od velike su važnosti trećim stranama ne bi li zaključili kakvo je poslovanje. Moral i etika igraju veliku ulogu u samoj reviziji poduzeća ne bi li otkrila namjerne propuste ili lažiranje samih izvještaja. U ovom modernom dobu zaključak je kao će se regulativa s vremenom morati mijenjati ne bi li se smanjio broj prevara i korupcije.
Abstract (english)
Accounting regulation in the Republic is based on the Accounting Act itself. It deals with the key things that every entrepreneur must take care of and which are the basis for running the company itself. It comes from many regulations and policies that can be guided. The regulation itself is based on the decisions of the European Parliament and contains many articles that clarify all tasks related to the accounting part of the company. Basic financial statements as indicators of the company's performance and liquidity are of great importance to third parties in order to conclude how the business is doing. Morality and ethics play a big role in the actual audit of the company in order not to reveal deliberate omissions or falsification of the reports themselves. In this modern age, the conclusion is that regulations will have to be changed over time in order not to reduce the number of frauds and corruption
