Abstract
Predmet rada su pametni gradovi i njihovo financiranje. Svaka faza pametnog grada objašnjena je kao alat koji pomaže u planiranju i kontroli kroz pravilan odabir marketinške strategije i taktika. U svakom projektu kao i u projektu osnivanja pametnog grada dolazi do izazova za koje je potrebno osmisliti i odabrati pravo rješenje, u seminarskom radu nalaze se neka od potencijalnih rješenja koji prate osnivanje pametnog grada. Financijsku pomoć pametni gradovi najčešće pronalaze u Europskim fondovima koji nude dobar dio sredstava kako bi se omogućio sam razvoj pametnog grada. Poželjno je imati znanja o pametnoj ekonomiji koja uvelike olakšava pristup samom osnivanju pametnog grada. Da pametni grad nije lako, ali ne i nemoguće izgraditi imamo dokaze o pametnim gradovima u Hrvatskoj koji se svojim idejama, rješenjima i voljom mogu pohvaliti kako nije bitno je li grad malen ili velik, u svakom slučaju može se nazivati pametnim gradom koji poboljšava kvalitetu života stanovnika.
Abstract (english)
Smart cities and their financing are the subject of work. Each phase of a smart city is explained as a tool to help plan and control through the correct selection of marketing strategies and tactics. In each project as well as in the project to create a smart city, there are challenges for which the right solution needs to be designed and selected, the seminar work includes some of the potential solutions accompanying the creation of a smart city. Smart cities most often find financial assistance through European funds, which offer a good part of the funding to enable the smart city itself to develop. It is desirable to have knowledge of a smart economy that greatly facilitates access to the creation of a smart city itself. That a smart city is not easy, but not impossible to build, we have evidence of smart cities in Croatia which, through their ideas, solutions and will, can be commended that it is not important whether the city is small or large, in any case it can be referred to as a smart city that improves people’s quality of life.
