Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu analiziran je projekt montaže kotla spalionice otpada. Poduzeće ĐĐ Montaža obavlja montažu te je u prvom dijelu diplomskog rada opisano ovo poduzeće. Prije opisa konkretnog projekta montaže kotla, sažeto je objašnjen pojam upravljanja projektom, vrste projekata te životni ciklus projekta. Navedeno je i opisano zatim svih 140 aktivnosti projekta montaže kotla zajedno s pripadajućim resursima. Objašnjen je program MS Project, od unošenja aktivnosti u plan projekta do... More praćenja realizacije projekta. Osim MS Projecta postoje i drugi programi koji se koriste za istu svrhu i također su navedeni u diplomskom radu. Uz primjenu MS Projecta, planirana je montaža kotla, tj. izrada plana projekta korak po korak uz detaljna objašnjenja vrijednosti koje se unose. Dobiveni izvještaji o troškovima i resursima su analizirani. U zaključku diplomskog rada su predstavljene koristi od područja upravljanja projektom i primjene programa za planiranje i praćenje realizacije projekta. Less
Abstract (english)
In this master thesis the erection project of the boiler of the waste incineration plant was analyzed. The erection is carried out by the company ĐĐ Montaža, which is described in the first part of the thesis. Before describing the specific boiler erection project, the concept of project management, project types and project life cycle are briefly explained. Then, all 140 tasks of the boiler assembly project are listed and described with their associated resources. The MS Project... More program is explained, from entering tasks into the project plan to monitoring project execution. In addition to MS Project, there are other programs used for the same purpose that are also listed in the thesis. The application of MS Project is used to plan the erection of the boiler, i.e. the creation of a project plan step by step with detailed explanations of the values entered.The resulting cost and resource reports were evaluated. In the conclusion of the master thesis, the benefits of the field of project management and the advantages of the program used to plan and monitor the implementation of the project are presented.
