Abstract
U radu je opisan postupak pripreme površine, nanošenja privremene zaštite u vidu epoksi temeljnog premaza te ispitivanja utjecaja navedene zaštite konstrukcijskog materijala na njegova mehanička svojstva. Poznato je da željezni konstrukcijski materijali, prije nego se ugrade u određenu konstrukciju, sklop itd., velik dio vremena provedu na nepovoljnim atmosferskim uvjetima. Takvi uvjeti mogu izazvati korozijsko uništavanje materijala, a kako bi se to izbjeglo materijal se privremeno štiti nanošenjem sloja zaštitnog premaza. Zaštitni premaz omogućuje zavarivanje preko navedenog sloja bez njegovog prethodnog uklanjanja ne narušavajući na taj način kvalitetu mehaničkih svojstava zavara. Radiografska kontrola zavara te ispitivanje strukturnih svojstava, pokus savijanjem i ispitivanje udarne radnje loma su dokazali kako nakon zavarivanja tako štićenih konstrukcijskih materijala nema negativnog utjecaja zaštitnog premaza na kvalitetu zavarenog spoja.
Abstract (english)
The paper describes the process of surface preparation, application of temporary protection in the form of epoxy primer and testing of the effect of that protection structural material on its mechanical properties. It is known that iron construction materials, before being installed in a particular construction, assembly, etc., spend much time in unfavorable atmospheric conditions. Such conditions can cause corrosion destruction of the material, in order to avoid material is temporarily protected by applying a layer of protective coating. The protective coating allows for welding over said layer without its prior removal without disturbing thus the quality of the mechanical properties of the weld. Radiographic inspection of welds and testing structural properties, bending test and examination fracture tendency proved that after welding so protected construction materials has no negative impact on the quality of the protective coating of welded joints.
