Abstract
U ovom radu opisano je konstruiranje i priprema za ispis nosača garažnih vrata aditivnom FDM tehnologijom, počevši od odabira polimernih materijala, opisa proizvodnje i primjene aditivnih tehnologija, dimenzioniranja i konstruiranja, te pripreme za ispis i usporedbe s ostalim proizvodnim tehnologijama. Tijekom rada definirani su polimerni materijali koji se primjenjuju kod aditivnih tehnologija s karakterističnim prikazom u tablicama. Detaljno je opisana proizvodnja prototipova počevši od način rada FDM postupka, stvaranja .STL datoteke te kalibriranja 3D pisača. Naknadno je uspoređena isplativost izrade nosača garažnih s injekcijskim prešanjem (izrada kalupa) u odnosu na aditivne tehnologije i veličinu serije.
Abstract (english)
In this paper is described the designing and preparation for printing of garage door supports with additive FDM technology, starting with the selection of polymeric materials, description of manufacturing and application of additive technologies, sizing and construction, and preparation for printing and comparison with other production technologies. During the work, polymeric materials are defined which are applied in additive technologies with a characteristic representation in the tables. The manufacturing of prototypes is described minutely, starting with the mode of operation of the FDM process, the creation of .STL. files and calibrate the 3D printer. Subsequently, the cost-effectiveness of making garage brackets with injection molding (mold making) was compared in relation to additive technologies and batch size.
