Abstract
Cilj ovoga rada je prikazati koja je uloga djece, roditelja i odgajatelja u gospodarenju otpadom i usvajanje vještina korištenja otpada u nove svrhe. Projekt je proveden u vrtiću s djecom od 5-6 godina i kod kuće s dva dječaka (od 4 i 5 godina). Osmišljen je na način da se s djecom prvo prođe kroz razgovor, na početku općenito o otpadu, a onda konkretno o toj vrsti otpada. Nakon toga je djeci prikazano kako uz malo inovativnosti i kreativnosti mogu nastati nove igračke koje su prikladne za njih. U radu su korišteni različiti plastični, papirnati i drveni materijali. Kroz razgovor i aktivnosti utvrđeno je da djeca imaju osnovno predznanje o recikliranju i razlikuju vrste otpada, a djeca koja žive u zgradama više razlikuju vrste otpada i razvrstavaju ih po kontejnerima koji se nalaze ispred zgrada. Kroz ovaj projekt djeca su naučila razliku između smeća i otpada, kako od otpada izraditi predmet za igru i svakodnevnu upotrebu te da poštuju i uvažavaju ideje druge djece.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this paper is to show the role of children, parents and educators in managing the waste and adopting skills of using the waste in new purpose. Project is implemented in kindergarten with children age from five to six years and at home with two boys (age four and five). It is conceived in a way that children first came through conversation. At the beginning, general of the waste and then specifically of that kind of waste. After that we show children how with the little innovation and creativity can become new toys which are suitable for them. In this work are used different plastic paper and wooden matter. Through conversation and activities, it is determined that children have basic prior knowledge about recycling and can distinguish types of waste and they recycle them in containers in front of the buildings. Through this project children learned the difference between garbage and waste, how to make object for play and everyday use. Also how to respect and appreciate ideas from other children.
